The Oceano apartment, just 500 meters from the beach, took inspiration for its design from the boats and the sea, combining high quality finishings in wood, stainless steel and sandstone.

The split-level ground floor of the apartment is elevated from the street, with 2 bedrooms and a study. There is also a combined dining and living room, with a suspended fireplace, which leads to a covered terrace and to a plunge pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is heating/cooling units throughout.
